About This Document

This is example content for an architecture demonstration, not a legally reviewed Terms of Service. It was published so the Mentorship commercial pilot (Issue 17/18) could exercise the real public application flow, including the legal-acknowledgement gate, end to end in the development environment. It deliberately does not state the site operator's legal name, business status, or governing jurisdiction - those facts are still open (see the Legal Notice page) and are not needed to describe the pilot's service terms below. This document must be replaced with real, reviewed content before any genuine customer transaction takes place.

1. The Service

These terms apply to the Mentorship offering: a structured mentorship course delivered over a period of 3 months (12 weeks).

2. Fees and Payment

The fee for the Mentorship course is 25 EUR per week for 12 weeks, a total of 300.00 EUR. The committed price for any accepted application is the price on record at the time your application is accepted, and does not change if the listed price changes afterwards.

3. Application and Acceptance

Starting the Mentorship course requires submitting an application through this website. Submitting an application is a request to start the course, not a confirmed booking - the course only begins once the application has been reviewed and accepted.

4. Cancellation

Either party may cancel before the course begins with no obligation. Once the course has begun, cancellation terms are handled on a case-by-case basis and communicated directly, since no fixed cancellation policy has been finalised for this pilot.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information in your application and to participate in the course in good faith.

6. Limitation of Liability

The mentorship is provided as a service of effort and guidance, not a guarantee of any specific outcome.

7. Changes to These Terms

These example terms may be replaced entirely once real, reviewed Terms of Service content is published, at which point applicants will be bound by whichever revision was published at the time of their application.

8. Contact

Questions about these terms can be raised through the Contact form.
